In this workshop, participants will explore techniques to think and act more strategically in their roles.

**Prerequisite: Must be a current people manager or graduate of Emerging Leaders Program.**

At the end of this module, participants will be able to:
o Identify opportunities to improve problem-solving and strategic thinking skills in everyday work.
o Apply prioritization tools to manage time and workload more effectively.
