In this interactive module, participants will explore the components of team culture and how to foster an environment for success.
**Prerequisite: Must be a current people manager or graduate of Emerging Leaders Program.**

At the end of this module, participants will be able to:
o Define workplace culture.
o Describe existing team culture.
o Devise action plan for creating and maintaining an engaging and productive team culture.
